The technical team of the Borgo di Castelvecchio equestrian centre consists of a OTEB Technician who oversees riders starting from their very first lessons and approach to horses and a second level FISE instructor that guides the more expert riders towards agonistic competitions. The centre's veterinarian is also available for consultations if necessary.

Horse rearing

Every year we choose the best stallions that the global market can offer

Thanks to her great passion for horses Simona De Angelis, owner of the estate, started her adventure rearing sports horses in 2017.

Our main aim is to better our horses' genetic makeup, to enhance the quality and consequently their performance, ensuring a successful sporting career..

We believe that the use of horses for Sporting purposes, whatever they may be, should not disregard the wellbeing of the animals. It is our responsibility to use our expert knowledge and the means we possess to ensure each and every horse gets the treatment it deserves. We also invest in the technical training of all the colleagues at the riding centre.
